Franklin Nerestil
Franklin, better known as Frank, was born and raised in Marietta, and after spending the past few years living ITP, he’s certain the greater Atlanta area will always be home. Real estate has been part of his life from the beginning. Growing up with a father who was a successful Realtor, Frank spent his childhood tagging along to showings and inspections, so it’s no surprise he chose to follow the same path.
Knowing early on that real estate was his future, Frank studied real estate and business at Georgia State University to build a strong foundation for his career. Before stepping fully into the industry, he worked in childcare through an afterschool program, where his natural heart for helping others became even more evident.
Proudly Haitian, Frank was raised in a large, tight-knit community that shaped his outgoing and personable nature. He’s the kind of person who can walk into any room and connect with just about anyone. Clients value his transparency, approachable style, and his focus on serving, not just selling.
Outside of real estate, you’ll likely find Frank playing basketball at a local gym or cheering on the Boston Celtics (a loyal fan since the Jason Tatum draft days). He also loves to travel, with Mykonos, Greece topping his list for its stunning architecture and welcoming culture.
Frank serves on the board of In The Field Atlanta, supporting initiatives like blanket drives for the homeless and projects for local healthcare workers. When asked where he sees himself in the future, his answer is simple: expanding — growing every day to better serve his clients and community.
Real estate has always been part of my life, and over time it became clear this was more than a career… it was a calling. I believe homeownership is one of the strongest foundations for financial freedom and long-term success. What drives me most is the opportunity to guide others through one of the most meaningful investments they’ll ever make. Being trusted with that responsibility is something I don’t take lightly

Community Spotlight
One local organization that really resonates with me is the Atlanta Hawks Foundation. Their commitment to using basketball as a vehicle for youth development, education, and community empowerment aligns closely with my belief in creating strong foundations for future success. Growing up around sports, I’ve seen firsthand how basketball teaches discipline, teamwork, and confidence — values that extend far beyond the court. Supporting an organization that invests back into Atlanta’s youth and neighborhoods feels especially meaningful to me.
