Holiday cheer - january 2024

Each year, as a final celebration of the holidays, C&C delights in making a charitable donation on behalf of our friends and family. Each of our agents select a local organization that speaks to them and start dialing for donations - from there our Founder, Ryan Graham, matches money raised.

Atlanta Philanthropy

Sustainability is a cause close to our hearts. This year C&C has partnered with Trees Atlanta to plant trees at Boyd elementary school. Not only are we making a local school more beautiful, we are working with children to cultivate a love of environmental protection and awareness!

kw Red day - may 2024

Every year the entire Keller Williams reserves a day, know as Red Day, for all agents and staff to volunteer in their local community. Our brokerage, Keller Williams Intown, always celebrates the day by volunteering at the Atlanta Community Food Bank or Furniture Bank. Red Day is an awesome opportunity to dive deep into service with the best people!

We love to keep our Atlanta parks enjoyable and clean of trash. This year we will be picking up trash at Grant Park. Get your pickup sticks and trash bags read - C&C is going to make trash cleanup a day filled with team fun!

CHaRM, Atlanta Non-profit

CHaRM

The Center for Hard to Recycle Materials (CHaRM) is a local organization dedicated to empowering people, communities, and businesses to make healthy and sustainable changes to the environment. Their goal is to create a community that cares about sustainability. To fulfill their mission, CHaRM, organized Atlanta’s first hazardous waste collection in 2010. Since then, CHaRM has provided citizens of Atlanta and Metro areas with high level waste resources.

Southface, Atlanta Sustainability

Southface

The Southface Institute is a sustainable building non-profit that that strengthens equity and the environment by transforming residential and commercial properties at every stage of the building lifecycle. Southface promotes sustainable homes, workplaces, and communities through education, research, advocacy, and technical assistance. As their platform continues to reach and improve communities, their mission stays the same — to build sustainability for life.

Atlanta Community Food Bank

Atlanta Community Food Bank

The Atlanta Community Food Bank is on a mission to end hunger in Atlanta. They work with nearly 700 community-based non-profit food distribution partners, including food pantries, community kitchens, and childcare centers to help aid locals in need. Last year Atlanta Community Food Bank helped distribute over 100 million meals to people in need. For every dollar donated, up to three meals worth of food can be provided.

Trees Atlanta, Atlanta Non-profit

Trees Atlanta

Trees Atlanta works to mitigate Atlanta’s tree loss, protect its forests, and increase its tree canopy. A large community of volunteers makes their mission possible. Trees Atlanta serves the Atlanta Metro area and has become one of our most widely known and supported non-profit organizations.

KW Cares, Keller Williams

KW Cares

KW Cares is an organization near and dear to our hearts. It’s a non-profit created by Keller Williams, dedicated to serving KW associates and their qualifying family members experiencing hardship as a result of a sudden emergency. KW Cares steps in swiftly to provide financial grants and aid when these unforeseen emergencies occur, and are unlikely to be overcome without assistance. C&C is proud to donate a portion of all closed transactions to KW Cares. A service mindset is the very heartbeat of our KW community that we love so much.

Our House, Local Atlanta Non-profit

Our House

Our House provides a pathway to stability and independence for families experiencing homelessness through access to healthcare, early childhood education, housing, and employment. Their programs help address the root cause of homelessness and ensures every family that leaves Our House has the tools needed to achieve lasting sufficiency.
