About The Community

This popular in-town neighborhood on the east side of the city is home to many young professionals, long-time residents, homeowners and renters. It bumps up against Little Five Points, Lake Claire, Inman Park, Druid Hills, and Edgewood, so there are plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance or a short ride away.

There is also a MARTA station. The 55 acre park, named for the Coca Cola magnet Asa Griggs Candler, features a soccer field, playground, 9-hole golf course, swimming pool, basketball court and tennis courts and hosts various music festivals throughout the year. Part of the neighborhood is listed on the National Historic Registry.
