I chose to work as a Realtor because the business fulfills two professional needs I have in life. First, it allows me to build a business that supports various types of clients, all of whom require unique needs, which keeps the problem solving part of my mind fully engaged.
Second, it keeps me connected with people on a personal level. Building relationships with my clients and earning their trust is pivotal, so they know that I am their advocate through the process.

To talk about Russell Allen is not to talk about simply one thing. Nor is it a talk of a couple things. It becomes a conversation about many things; many simple things upon first glance, but lying underneath it all is a deep constant stream of understanding that life is beautiful in all its simplicity. You just have to take a moment to see it.

Russell enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Jeannie. These can be walks in their neighborhood of Brookhaven with their dog, paths in parks around the city, or trails buried deep in the Georgia wilderness. Sometimes though, adventure is led by the delight to feast, taking Russell & Jeannie to a new restaurant around town where they swap foodie notes. Whatever it is, in Russell’s own words, “We try to do the things that make each other happy. Time together is life; everything else is secondary. Everything is about having that time to appreciate the moment”.

Russell loves to travel, explore, read, and maintain a healthy immersion in Atlanta sports culture. Being an Atlanta native, Russell appreciates how his home city offers so much cultural diversity, which echoes in day to day life experiences and views Russell has garnered from his time traveling. “It’s about mixing cultures, seeing how big the world is and how much there is to offer”.

Russell is a student of life, always living in curiosity. This is why his career in real estate is so rewarding. He has the opportunity to connect with people of all walks of life, relate to them, listen to their needs and goals, and help them. When asked why he loves what he does, he says, “It’s the look in my clients’ eyes at the closing table...that’s a big one!” So it’s no wonder how Russell has found his success. But to get to know him is to realize this is simply one more of the undercurrents of his life in which he finds great joy, each and every day.
