Virginia brings a rich background in client service and a deeply personal mission to her work in real estate. A Georgia native with a career rooted in hospitality and large-scale event management, Virginia transitioned into real estate with a clear purpose: to create pathways to homeownership and stability for single moms and women navigating life transitions. As a proud mom of two boys, and a firm believer in building generational wealth, she understands the importance of a safe, supportive home base.
Before entering real estate, Virginia served as Director of Hospitality for professional cycling tours across the U.S. and Canada, including the prestigious 2015 USA Cycling Road World Championships. There, she mastered the art of juggling high-profile personalities, coordinating complex logistics, and making clients feel like VIPs—all skills that now elevate her service as a Realtor.
Virginia is known for her heart-forward approach, unmatched attention to detail, and ability to connect with just about anyone. She holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation and the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, equipping her to expertly guide clients through every aspect of the buying and selling process.
Outside of real estate, Virginia is active in the Roswell Women’s Club, enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling, and proudly cheers from the sidelines as both a soccer and football mom. Whether she’s walking the beach or exploring the mountains, her love for people, fairness, and laughter shines through in everything she does.

I’ve been in client services in the event industry since 2004. I love working with people and seeing the “event” come to fruition and making the client happy with the results. After I moved back to ATL in December of 2021, I started a new chapter and decided that I wanted to get into real estate to one day own investment properties that I would market to single moms or women going through a divorce and make them affordable. By doing so I am also creating generational wealth for my children, and the children of other families, my other big “why”.

Community Spotlights
The Roswell Woman’s Club is an all-volunteer, nonprofit service organization whose common interest is to support our community in the areas of educational scholarships and grants, human services, cultural arts, historical preservation, and urban improvement. Our dedicated membership accomplishes this through hands-on involvement, volunteerism in the community, and monetary contributions through fundraising.
Both of my maternal aunts were diagnosed with breast cancer nearly 20 years ago, one survived and the other passed away 10 years later, after a long fight. At the time of their diagnoses I felt I had to DO something and found the Komen Breast Cancer 3-day Walk. I raised over $2000 and walked 60 miles to help raise awareness and funds for crucial breast cancer research. Their mission is to save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.

A huge thank you to Virginia Kavanaugh! My mother was looking to downsize from a three-story townhome to a single-story condo. As an associate real estate broker based in Florida, I conducted extensive research on her behalf and was so pleased that we chose Virginia.
she checked all the boxes to ensure a smooth sale and purchase for my mother. From the start, Virginia built great rapport with her, was consistently available for every text and call, and even showed up in person to offer support when it wasn’t required.
You only want the best for your mother, and Virginia truly delivered!
