About The Community

Not far from Piedmont Park, Morningside/Lenox Park boasts beautiful tree lined streets, local shops, restaurants, a Saturday farmers market, and a big summer festival, making this walkable, intown neighborhood one of the most desireable in the city. The majority of craftsmen and Tudor-style homes were built between 1918 and 1935, though the area has seen a lot of new construction in the past decade and continues to evolve.
