About The Community

Just north of Atlanta, Sandy Springs has grown from a sleepy suburb into a thriving city, straddling the perimeter. It’s family friendly with good schools, plenty of shopping, corporate activity, a planned downtown, and a performing arts venue. Like it’s population, the housing is diverse, ranging from old established neighborhoods, to luxury estates, gated communities to high density housing. As far as green space, the Chattahoochee River runs 20 miles along the north and west sides, and three national parks provide many opportunities for hiking, biking, even kayaking.
